In-Town Properties of Greenwich, spearheaded by Mr. Anthony J. Amicucci, has received numerous recognitions and accolades for exquisite and luxurious developments in downtown Greenwich. Their work has been featured in the cover story of the July issue of Connecticut Magazine as well as the April issue of Greenwich Magazine.
The group has been a prominent force in real estate development and general construction since 1983. With his brother, Daniel A. Amicucci, they started Design Builders Group, a multi-faceted homebuilding firm that also offers remodeling, home maintenance, real estate financing and property management services throughout the State of New York and Connecticut’s Fairfield County.
Beginning with a twenty-six lot subdivision in Patterson, New York called Fairview Manor, they rapidly moved to the development of an eighteen lot subdivision called Laurel Woods and made an impact on the high end Putnam County market.
They built custom homes ranging in size from 2,500 to 6,000+ sq. ft., which developments sold entirely within three years of the company’s founding. With the changing economy of the 90’s, the group moved their sights to larger and more elite homes in Greenwich and New Canaan, Connecticut and various exclusive Westchester communities.
In-Town Properties of Greenwich, the Fairfield County based real estate development company, has built numerous developments including Arbor Rose at 90 East Elm Street, 70 Havemeyer Place, 36 Church Street, 10 Ridge Street and 59 Connecticut Avenue.
These multimillion-dollar single family and townhome residences are located in downtown Greenwich. The properties range in size from 4,500 sq. feet to over 6,000 sq. feet and are priced between $3 and $6+ million.
In-Town Properties of Greenwich is involved in various phases of real estate investments and development including acquisitions, lending and property management. For more information or questions, please email: info@in-townpropertiesofgreenwich.com
